Our favorite Mandy from the ‘burg came to visit Matt and I in DC on Saturday. She had to boogie back that night so no crazy partying. Mandy wanted to do the tourist thing and check out an exhibit at the art museum. We walked from the White House to the WWII memorial to the Lincoln Memorial and then all the way back up the mall to the art museum. She was all about the medieval manuscript exhibit. Matt and I rested our legs. It was a nice day to walk around the mall. I haven’t been in the National Gallery of Art in years.
I hope to visit Mandy in Charlottesville while checking out the Brew Ridge Trail.
